Words: The Real Group
I was chatting to a friend the other night who played me a song by a Swedish ‘a cappella’ band known as The Real Group. The track was called ‘words’ and I thought it was stunning.
I normally don’t go in for “a cappella” music as my mind always conjure’s up images of G4 (nuff said). But this is a superbly arranged piece of music peformed by truely talented musicians.
The vocals are amazing, the tunes nice too, and I particularly like the lyrics, which incidently, I couldn’t find anywhere on the net.
You can check out their website at “The Real Group” and their latest album ‘In The Middle Of Life’ is available for download on iTunes.
Just in case you like the song and are struggling for the lyrics: Here’s my interpretation of them. If I get any of them wrong please drop me a line and I will correct them
Words
A letter and a letter on a string
Will hold forever humanity spell bound
Words
Possession of the beggar and the king
Everybody everyday you and i we all can say
Words
Regarded as a complicated tool
Created by man implicated by mankind
Words
Obsession of the genius and the fool
Everybody everyday everywhere and everyway
Words
Find them, you can use them
Say them, you can hear them
Write them, you can read them
Love them, fear them
Words
Transmitted as we faded from the start
Recieved by all as we are sentenced to a life with
Words
Impression of the stupid and the smart
Everybody everyday you and i we all can say
Words
Inside your head can come alive as you say
Softly loudly modestly or proudly
Words
Expression by the living and the dead
Everybody everyday everywhere and everyway
Words
Find them, you can use them
Say them, you can hear them
Write them, you can read them
Love them, fear them

MP3 Killer!
Well it arrived today! My iPod Nano and yes I’m addicted. But wait there is more to say on this.
Today I am telling all of the manufacturers who are trying to take on the iPod not bother, pack up and simply go home. The game is over!
At 80% of the personal music player market Apple have the opposition scared, hoping and believing that the iPod had run its course. To be honest as much as I love iPod’s, I was also wondering how far Apple could go with it. Well something is going to happen now, Apple’s market share is going to get even bigger.
I’m not going to tell you how good this iPod Nano is, and as an owner of 4 different iPod’s I know what I am talking about. Just do yourself a favour, go online to the Apple Store and buy one of these…NOW!!!!
Apple have just destroyed the game for the rest of the market. The MP3 is dead, long live the iPod.

I’m Going To Kill Google
No not me! I was refering to the latest outburst from Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer whilst throwing a chair across a boardroom when a senior engineer told him he was leaving the company to go work for Google.
Well I don’t think that is going to happen somehow. In fact I am so looking forward to the day that Google kill off Microsoft. I would have preferred it if it was Apple who did it but hey I’ll settle for Google anyday.
Ok perhaps were swapping one noose for another but I know which one I would prefer to put round my neck. At least I’d be able to have one last game of volleyball
